The whole thing was easy. Billy quoted over the phone and came to do 2 rooms. He did such a fantastic and thorough job I asked him if he could also do 2 flights of stairs, the landing and a bedroom. This last minute additional work was no problem to him and he got on with the job in a friendly and efficient manner. The carpets in the whole house now look lovely, clean and fresh. We have used Billy from XL Cleaners on four occasions in the last couple of years, both at home and in our business. His equipment, service and professionalism are second to none.
